At the Temple of the National Ancestor Lac Long Quan on Sim Mountain, the leaders of Phu Tho province, on behalf of the people and soldiers of the whole country, and overseas Vietnamese, respectfully offered incense, flowers, and offerings to express gratitude and commemorate the great contributions of the National Ancestor Lac Long Quan in opening up mountains and breaking rocks, building the country's borders, and laying the foundation for the Vietnamese nation; praying for the National Ancestor to bless favorable weather, prosperous country, peaceful people, eternal happiness for all families, and increasingly prosperous lives for the people. The descendants of Lac Hong vow to continue the tradition of the Dragon Fairy, constantly train, unite to overcome all difficulties and challenges, and strive to build a peaceful , prosperous, and developed Vietnam.

Previously, Chu Hoa commune, Viet Tri city performed a sacrificial ceremony, expressing the respect and gratitude of Lac Hong descendants towards the National Ancestor Lac Long Quan.
