
Huong Tich Pagoda, located in Thien Loc commune, Can Loc district, is known as "Hoan Chau's most famous scenic spot," associated with the legend of Princess Dieu Thien, daughter of King So Trang, who attained enlightenment through asceticism. Previously, the Huong Pagoda festival was held on the 18th day of the 2nd lunar month, but in recent years, it has started on the 6th day of the 1st lunar month and lasts until the end of the 3rd lunar month. The festival features many traditional rituals, cultural activities, sports , and folk games such as incense offering ceremonies, opening ceremonies, wrestling competitions, tug-of-war, and cockfighting. The annual Huong Pagoda festival attracts a large number of visitors from within and outside the province to offer incense and enjoy the scenery.
Ham Nghi - Son Phong Festival (Procession of the Royal Decree of King Ham Nghi)
The procession of King Hàm Nghi's royal decrees takes place on the 7th day of the first lunar month every year and is a traditional festival of the people of Hương Khê district. The ceremony involves the handover of King Hàm Nghi's treasures, including a golden elephant, a bronze mythical creature (Nghê), several ceremonial swords, a bronze bell, and 39 royal decrees granted by various emperors. The procession starts from the old priest's house, passing through Trầm Lâm Temple, the Sơn Phòng – Hàm Nghi historical site, Cộng Đồng Temple, and finally arriving at the new priest's house. There, the new priest and his disciples perform a ceremony to pray for peace, prosperity, and well-being for the villagers and the nation in the new year.

Bich Chau Temple Festival
Bich Chau Temple, also known as Hai Khau Temple or Che Thang Phu Nhan Temple, is located in Ky Ninh commune, Ky Anh district. The temple is dedicated to Nguyen Thi Bich Chau, a concubine of King Tran Due Tong. The temple festival is held on the 12th day of the 2nd lunar month. During the New Year period, people from all over flock to Bich Chau Temple to pray for wealth and good fortune.

Festival at the Temple of King Chieu Trung Dai Vuong Le Khoi
Chiêu Trưng Temple, also known as Võ Mục Đại Vương Temple, is dedicated to the famous general Lê Khôi. Located in Thạch Bàn commune, Thạch Hà district, Chiêu Trưng Temple is one of the four most beautiful and ancient temples in the former Nghệ Tĩnh region. The temple festival takes place from the 1st to the 3rd of May in the lunar calendar.

Hai Thuong Lan Ong Le Huu Trac Festival
To express profound gratitude to the great physician of the nation, in 2015, the Hai Thuong Lan Ong Le Huu Trac Festival will be held from the 6th to the 15th of January (lunar calendar) with a series of cultural, artistic, sports, and medical activities. This year, the festival will be organized on a provincial scale, coinciding with the opening of the Ha Tinh Tourism Year 2015. The main events will take place from the 13th to the 15th of January (lunar calendar). The festival has practical significance in honoring the founder of the nation's medical profession, praying for national peace and prosperity, and a life of abundance and happiness.

Bui Cam Ho Do Dai Festival
The Do Dai Temple, dedicated to the Imperial Censor Bui Cam Ho, is located in Dau Lieu ward, Hong Linh town. The Do Dai Festival is one of the major, long-standing festivals of the Nghe Tinh region. Also known as the "Gratitude Festival," it is held annually on the 12th day of the first lunar month (anniversary) with rituals such as processions, ceremonial processions, worship, and a grand sacrifice lasting one day and one night. The grand festival is held once every 50 years.

Chan Tien Temple Festival
Chan Tien Pagoda is located on Tien An Mountain, in Thinh Loc commune, Loc Ha district. Here, visitors can admire a captivating natural complex including: Tien Well, Bau Tien Pond, Truc Cave, Mai Cave, Thach That Cave, Ong Rock, Ba Rock, Tien Footprint, and Tien Chessboard. The Chan Tien Pagoda festival is held on the 3rd day of the 3rd lunar month.

Boat racing festival in Trung Luong ward
The festival takes place over two days, January 3rd and 4th of the lunar calendar. This is a traditional festival on the Minh River, in Trung Luong ward, Hong Linh town. The festival is an opportunity for people from within and outside the village to socialize, meet at the beginning of spring, and pray for a new year of favorable weather and a bountiful harvest.
