The Ta Tai Phan Festival, also known as the Prayer for Peace Festival, is a religious and spiritual tradition deeply rooted in the beliefs of the Hoa Nung people living in Lam Dong, Dong Nai, and Ho Chi Minh City. It is an occasion for people to pray for the souls of the deceased to find peace, for national peace and prosperity, favorable weather, bountiful harvests, flourishing nature, and a happy and prosperous life for the people.

The " Happy Vietnam 2026 " award is organized by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism in collaboration with the Vietnam Association of Photographic Artists and Vietnam Television.
The 2026 awards will continue to be held nationwide with two categories: photos and videos .
The submitted works will be judged in two rounds, preliminary and final, by a judging panel comprising reputable experts, journalists, photographers, and filmmakers, ensuring objectivity, transparency, and professional quality.
