Mr. Duong Tan Phat, residing in Tien Hung 1 neighborhood, Binh Phuoc ward, is a prime example. After serving his prison sentence and returning to his hometown, he received a loan of 100 million VND from the Social Policy Bank to invest in planting and caring for 1.5 hectares of rubber trees. To date, his family's production model is operating stably, generating a regular income, ensuring their livelihood, and fulfilling all their loan repayment obligations to the bank.
According to Mr. Tran Pham Tuan Anh, Party Secretary and Director of the Binh Phuoc branch of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies, the effectiveness of policy credit is the most concrete measure of the unit's fulfillment of its political nhiệm vụ.

FROM THE NEWSPAPER TO LIFE - Final Article: Technology Changes, the Mission Remains UnchangedIt was past noon, and many people had left the hall for lunch. At a table by the window, Le Thien Thanh, a reporter from the An Giang Provincial Newspaper and Radio-Television, was still intently focused on his computer screen. On the table were the camera's memory card, conference documents, and unprocessed audio clips. Less than an hour after finishing his reporting session, he was already embarking on another "race": editing the footage, writing commentary, and sending the news report back to the editorial office. “Every official of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies must uphold a high sense of responsibility, stay close to the grassroots, and thoroughly understand the needs of the people in order to deliver capital to the right beneficiaries. When people have convenient access to capital and use it effectively, they can gradually increase their income and stabilize their lives,” Mr. Tuan Anh shared.
Proactive dissemination of information, warnings, and coordination with relevant authorities not only contributes to preventing fraudulent activities but also helps people understand the preferential credit policies of the Party and the State, thereby strengthening their trust in the social security system.

To further enhance its role as a specialized credit channel of the State, in the coming period, the Binh Phuoc branch of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies will focus on advising local Party committees and authorities to effectively implement Directive No. 39-CT/TW of the Party Central Committee on improving the effectiveness of social policy credit in the new period.
The unit will continue to improve the operational quality of savings and loan groups, the quality of entrusted funds through socio-political organizations; and strengthen inspection and supervision to ensure that capital is used for the right purposes and effectively.
In addition, the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies (VBSP) will closely coordinate with relevant sectors and levels to review the borrowing needs of the people, promptly disburse policy credit programs, and contribute to effectively achieving the goals of job creation, sustainable poverty reduction, and social security in the area.
