Members of the Youth Union branch of the Vinh Long Provincial Post Office conducted a livestream online sales session on Facebook to celebrate "Double Day" on June 6th.

Ms. Pham Thi Thanh Binh, Deputy Director of the Provincial Post Office, said that this was the first livestream session to introduce and sell products currently sold at the Provincial Post Office, along with consumer goods implemented by the Vietnam Post Corporation throughout its system. This was in response to the local digital transformation efforts and to create an additional channel connecting producers and consumers through online platforms.

The livestream session showcased products sold within the postal system, attracting consumer interaction in the digital environment.

The provincial post office is organizing a livestream program aimed at building brand awareness; simultaneously promoting local agricultural products and specialties, and creating opportunities for people to access modern business methods. In the future, the unit will gradually expand cooperation with businesses, cooperatives, and production facilities of OCOP products and typical agricultural products in the province. In addition, it will continue to select products that meet quality requirements to bring them to digital platforms, contributing to increased opportunities to reach consumers.
