In this place, often described as a "training ground," more than 2,000 new recruits are being tempered day by day to mature and become steadfast members of the People's Police Force...

This year, the Regiment received and managed the training of 2,032 new recruits from various localities such as Dak Lak , Gia Lai, Quang Ngai, Dong Nai, Khanh Hoa, and Lam Dong.

Each person carries their own baggage: some have just left school, some have graduated from university, and some are leaving home for the first time. These differences in circumstances, perspectives, and lifestyles create a diverse picture while also placing high demands on management and training.

Thanks to proactive and systematic organization, along with the attentive and dedicated support of officers at all levels, the initial awkwardness quickly faded. The new recruits gradually adapted to the disciplined environment, stabilized their mindset, and developed a professional demeanor. From clumsy and disjointed steps, they now become decisive and coordinated; from initial shyness, they gradually become confident and composed.

Amidst the scorching sun of the Central Highlands, the training ground seemed to temper the will of the young soldiers. The training content was comprehensive, encompassing everything from the People's Police Regulations and physical training to basic martial arts. Every small movement, such as turning right, turning left, standing at attention, and marching in step, was performed accurately and consistently, demonstrating clear progress day by day.

The new recruits made remarkable progress day by day thanks to the kind guidance of officers and commanders at all levels.

Private Nguyen Viet Thanh, Squad 6 (Company 1, Battalion 1), is one of the outstanding individuals. Born in 2003, a graduate of Finance and Banking, Thanh left Lam Vien Ward, Da Lat ( Lam Dong Province) to enter a completely new environment. In the beginning, the differences in lifestyle and discipline inevitably made him feel disoriented.

Thành confided: “Initially, I felt quite pressured because everything was different from my previous life. But thanks to the care of my commander and the support of my teammates, I gradually adapted. Now, I feel more confident and determined to successfully complete the assigned tasks.”

The young man's resolute gaze and decisive voice are vivid proof of the maturity he has developed through training. Thanh is not alone; many other recruits are also transforming day by day, from hesitant youths into soldiers with a composed demeanor, strict discipline, and quick reflexes.

Behind this transformation lies the dedication and responsibility of the training staff. On the training ground, the image of Major Giang Duc Ninh, Company Commander of Company 5, Battalion 1, patiently guiding each soldier step by step has become familiar. From the way they raise their hands and position their feet to the angle of their body turns, everything is meticulously corrected, without overlooking any small detail.

With many years of experience, Major Giang Duc Ninh shared: “Most new recruits are experiencing the armed forces environment for the first time, so guidance from the beginning is very important. We are always persistent and attentive; combining strict discipline with closeness and encouragement so that they feel secure in their training. To date, the recruits have basically adapted, stabilized, and made significant progress.”

Discussing management and training, Lieutenant Colonel Duong Van The, Deputy Regiment Commander, emphasized that training is always considered by the unit to be closely linked to the comprehensive care of the soldiers' lives. With a large number of soldiers from many regions, the Regiment has selected a team of qualified and experienced training officers to directly manage and educate them .

In addition, policies and regulations for new recruits are fully and promptly ensured; healthcare, accommodation, and living arrangements are given careful attention. The unit also regularly organizes meetings to understand the concerns of the recruits, promptly resolving difficulties and helping them feel secure and confident in their studies and training.

It is evident that from today's sun-drenched training ground, these "seeds" are being nurtured through discipline, willpower, and a sense of responsibility.

The "training ground" of the Central Highlands Mobile Police Regiment not only hones physical strength and skills but also forges character and integrity, ensuring that each new recruit, upon leaving, is ready to accept and successfully complete any task, worthy of the People's Police uniform.
