In particular, according to the update from the Department of Agriculture and Environment of An Giang province, the price of raw rice OM 380 fluctuates at 7,800 - 8,000 VND/kg; raw rice OM 18 fluctuates at 9,300 - 9,500 VND/kg; raw rice IR 504 fluctuates at 8,100 - 8,200 VND/kg; raw rice 5451 fluctuates at 8,500 - 8,600 VND/kg; finished rice OM 380 fluctuates at 8,800 - 9,000 VND/kg; finished rice IR 504 fluctuates at 9,500 - 9,700 VND/kg.

Regarding by-products, the prices of by-products fluctuate from 5,550 to 7,300 VND/kg. Currently, the price of fragrant rice bran fluctuates at 7,100 to 7,300 VND/kg; the price of dry bran fluctuates at 5,550 to 5,700 VND/kg compared to the weekend.

Recorded in localities today, the quantity is quite good, the price is relatively stable. In Lap Vo ( Dong Thap ), the quantity is better, the buying and selling transactions are regular, the price is stable. In Sa Dec (Dong Thap), the quantity is little by little, good rice of all kinds is stable in price, the buying and selling transactions are flourishing.

Sa Dec market canal (Dong Thap), the amount arriving at the wharves is better, the market warehouses buy regularly, the price of all types of rice is stable, easy to buy and sell. At An Cu (Cai Be, Tien Giang ), the amount is small, the price is stable, the buying and selling is slow, most people choose good products to buy.

At retail markets, the prices of all types of rice remained unchanged compared to yesterday. Currently, Nang Nhen rice has the highest listed price of VND28,000/kg; regular rice fluctuates at VND15,000-16,000/kg; long-grain fragrant rice fluctuates at VND20,000-22,000/kg; Huong Lai rice 22,000/kg; Jasmine fragrant rice fluctuates at VND18,000-20,000/kg; Nang Hoa rice 22,000/kg; Taiwanese fragrant rice 21,000/kg; common white rice 17,000/kg; Soc regular rice fluctuates at VND18,000/kg; Soc Thai rice 21,000/kg; Japanese rice 22,000/kg.

In many localities today, the volume of rice is better, buying and selling transactions are slow. In Kien Giang, rice transactions are steady, demand is quite high, rice prices fluctuate slightly. In Can Tho, rice is mainly in Vinh Thanh, most of the rice is fragrant, demand for new purchases is slow, most of it has been deposited.

In An Giang, the demand for rice in Thoai Son is quite high, farmers offer high prices in some areas, many traders are looking for IR 50404 rice, buying and selling transactions are more active. In Dong Thap, farmers offer good rice prices, rice transactions are quite good, prices of all types of rice fluctuate slightly.

In the export market, Vietnam's rice export prices today decreased slightly compared to the beginning of the week. According to the Vietnam Food Association (VFA), 5% standard rice is currently at 389 USD/ton (down 1 USD/ton); 25% broken rice is at 364 USD/ton (down 3 USD/ton); 100% broken rice is at 307 USD/ton (down 3 USD/ton).
