The leaders of Dien Bien province presented the decisions on rotation and reassignment.

The Standing Committee of the Dien Bien Provincial Party Committee unanimously agreed on the policy of rotation and transfer of:

Mr. Vui Van Nguyen has been relieved of his duties as Secretary of the Tua Chua District Party Committee (2020-2025 term) to be transferred and appointed as Chief Inspector of the province; Mr. Le Hoai Nam has been relieved of his duties as Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office to be transferred and appointed to the Executive Committee and Standing Committee of the Tua Chua District Party Committee, holding the position of Secretary of the Tua Chua District Party Committee, 2020-2025 term; Mr. Nguyen Ngoc The , Deputy Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office, has been appointed as Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office.

Mr. Lo Van Cuong has been relieved of his duties as Secretary of the District Party Committee (2020-2025 term) and Chairman of the People's Council of Tuan Giao District (2021-2026 term) to assume the position of Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development; Mr. Le Xuan Canh , Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Committee of Tuan Giao District (2021-2026 term), has been nominated to be elected as Secretary of the Tuan Giao District Party Committee (2020-2025 term).

Mr. Ha Cam Hong was relieved of his duties as Deputy Head of the Economic and Budget Committee of the Provincial People's Council to join the Party Committee and Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, holding the position of Deputy Secretary of the Tuan Giao District Party Committee (term 2020-2025), and was nominated to be elected as Chairman of the Tuan Giao District People's Committee for the term 2021-2026; Mr. Giang A De , Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Tuan Giao District Party Committee, was nominated to be elected as Chairman of the Tuan Giao District People's Council for the term 2021-2026.

In accordance with the Decision of the Standing Committee of the Dien Bien Provincial Party Committee, decisions on personnel transfers and appointments were announced and presented. These decisions included: Mr. Vui Van Nguyen being appointed Chief Inspector of the province; Mr. Nguyen Ngoc The being appointed Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office; Mr. Ngon Ngoc Khue, Secretary of the Muong Lay Town Party Committee, being appointed Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department; and Mr. Bui Xuan Truong, Deputy Secretary of the Dien Bien District Party Committee (2020-2025 term), being appointed Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Department. All comrades assumed their new duties effective July 15, 2024.

Accordingly, the Executive Committee of the Tuan Giao District Party Committee held its 33rd meeting to elect Mr. Le Xuan Canh as the District Party Secretary for the 2020-2025 term.
