Road Management Zones I, II, III, and IV direct and require regional road management offices, BOT road investors, VEC, and electronic toll collection units (ETC, VETC) under their management to deploy equipment and personnel on duty 24/7 to respond promptly and ensure traffic flow in the event of accidents or incidents.
The organization will operate a hotline and traffic safety duty to receive and promptly process information to ensure traffic safety, improve transportation quality, and best serve the public.
The Departments of Construction will notify the People's Committees of districts, towns, and cities, investors, and relevant units to organize and implement measures to ensure traffic safety on roads under local management. They will also implement road transport services to adequately meet the travel needs of candidates and residents.
The Vietnam Road Administration assigned Road Management Zones I, II, III, and IV, and the Department of Construction to deploy forces to coordinate with local authorities, traffic police, VEC, VETC, VDTC, and relevant BOT road investors in regulating traffic and ensuring traffic order in areas where exams are held and on sections of roads and intersections connecting to exam areas, ensuring safe and smooth traffic flow...
