The premiere of the film "Chốt đơn" (Closing the Deal) took place on the afternoon of August 4th in Ho Chi Minh City, bringing together the cast including Quyền Linh, People's Artist Hồng Vân, Lê Lộc... along with the directing and producing duo Bảo Nhân - Nam Cito.
Miss Thuy Tien was replaced after the controversy surrounding her indictment in May. Meanwhile, the film's male lead, Quyen Linh, is also one of the names frequently mentioned in connection with false advertising recently.

At the press conference, the male MC frankly acknowledged that he was embroiled in controversy because of the incident.
"Every time something happens, I reflect on what I did wrong. Something I did several years ago, I apologized for. Since then, I haven't done anything wrong; it's just that recently the issue has suddenly resurfaced," he said.
According to Quyền Linh, everyone makes mistakes at some point in their lives. What's important is that each person dares to acknowledge and confront the truth in order to move forward.

"We may have done hundreds of things right, but we also made a few mistakes. I learned from those experiences to do better on the next leg of my journey," he explained.
In the film, Quyền Linh plays Mr. An, an office worker who also works as a ride-hailing motorbike driver. Besides actress Hồng Đào, he has many scenes with beauty queen Thùy Tiên.
Upon learning that the film would use AI technology, Quyền Linh eagerly awaited its release. According to the artist, the alternative version evoked very positive emotions in him.

Quyền Linh didn't think AI could shed tears or smile brightly. This helped him feel a sense of authenticity, somewhat easing his previous anxiety.
"The team worked together to create the right emotions during filming, ultimately resulting in this masterpiece. I think the material in the film will heal wounded hearts," Quyền Linh expressed.
The film "Closing the Deal," directed by the duo Bao Nhan and Nam Cito, focuses on livestreaming sales. Besides Quyen Linh, the project features a cast including Hong Dao, People's Artist Hong Van, Le Loc, and others.
The film was originally scheduled for release on March 7th, but by the end of February, the distributor announced that the release date had been postponed to June 20th to allow for post-production completion.
The release schedule continues to be adjusted following the controversy surrounding Thuy Tien. Currently, the film has set a new premiere date of August 8th.
