Northern Vietnam experiences dry, sunny weather and cold nights.

According to the National Center for Meteorological and Hydrological Forecasting, on November 14th, the northern provinces will continue to experience sunny and dry weather during the day, with cold temperatures at night and in the early morning.

In some mountainous areas, the cold is intense. Low humidity causes a chilly feeling that lasts from night until morning.

In Central Vietnam, the weather will generally be rainy in some areas, with decreasing cloud cover and sunny skies in the afternoon. The Central Highlands and Southern Vietnam will experience scattered showers and thunderstorms in the late afternoon and evening, with a warning of possible tornadoes and strong gusts of wind.

At sea, the Northeast monsoon is active. The Ly Son station recorded strong Northeast winds of level 5, sometimes level 6; the Huyen Tran station recorded winds of level 6, gusting to level 8.

Forecast for day and night of November 14th: In the northern part of the North East Sea, strong northeasterly winds of force 6, sometimes force 7, gusting to force 8-9; rough seas. In the sea area from Da Nang to Ca Mau and the southwestern part of the East Sea (including the western part of the Truong Sa archipelago), strong northeasterly winds of force 6, gusting to force 7-8; rough seas.

Throughout the day and night of November 15th, the northern South China Sea (including the Hoang Sa archipelago) will continue to experience strong northeasterly winds of force 6, sometimes force 7, with gusts of force 8-9; sea waves will be 3-5 meters high, and the sea will be rough.

People in coastal areas need to closely monitor warning bulletins and proactively take measures to ensure their safety when operating at sea.

Hanoi will have few clouds, no rain at night, and sunny days. Northeast to north winds at level 2-3. Cold at night and early morning. Lowest temperature 16-18°C. Highest temperature 26-28°C.

The provinces in the Northwest region will be cloudy, with no rain at night and sunny during the day. Light winds. Cold at night and early morning, with some mountainous areas experiencing severe cold. The lowest temperature will be 15-18 degrees Celsius, with some places below 14 degrees Celsius. The highest temperature will be 25-28 degrees Celsius, with some places above 28 degrees Celsius.

The northeastern region will have few clouds, no rain at night, and sunny days. Northeast to north winds will be at level 2-3. It will be cold at night and early morning, with some areas in the high mountains experiencing severe cold. The lowest temperature will be 15-18 degrees Celsius, below 14 degrees Celsius in mountainous areas. The highest temperature will be 25-28 degrees Celsius, with some places exceeding 28 degrees Celsius.

Provinces from Thanh Hoa to Hue will be mostly cloudy with scattered rain, clearing up in the afternoon with sunshine. North to northwest winds at level 2-3. Cold weather in the North, cool weather in the South. Lowest temperatures 17-20°C (20-22°C in the South). Highest temperatures 25-28°C.
