With 20 years of experience in the logistics and port sector, Western Pacific Group is shaping its development strategy for the Industrial Park & Logistics Cluster (LIC), building a comprehensive and integrated industrial park and logistics infrastructure system, from planning to operation, creating a complete solution for investors.
The LIC ecosystem has a land area of nearly 1,000 hectares.

Western Pacific Group is developing the LIC ecosystem with nearly 1,000 hectares of land in key provinces and cities such as Bac Ninh, Ninh Binh , and Ho Chi Minh City, with industrial parks that have advantages in inter-regional connectivity, human resources, and modern infrastructure.
With a strategy of in-depth investment, prioritizing infrastructure quality and operational readiness, LIC projects meet the increasingly high standards of investors with synchronously planned technical infrastructure according to international standards, allowing investors to shorten construction time and bring plants into operation on schedule, optimizing capital utilization efficiency.
The project portfolio demonstrates practical implementation capabilities.
Yen Phong II-A Industrial Park (151.27 ha, Bac Ninh) is a typical LIC project located in the high-tech center of Northern Vietnam, home to electronics corporations such as Samsung, Amkor, and Foxconn. Located 15 km from Noi Bai International Airport, at the intersection of the Hanoi -Thai Nguyen Expressway and National Highway 18, Yen Phong II-A Industrial Park boasts modern infrastructure to meet the rapid deployment needs of FDI enterprises – investors who prioritize location, progress, and a stable investment environment.
In Ninh Binh, Western Pacific Group is expanding its LIC ecosystem to flexibly meet the needs of various business groups. The Yen Le Industrial Cluster has made its mark in market attractiveness with an occupancy rate of 95%, affirming the company's reputation for long-term partnership with investors.
To accommodate the wave of production expansion, Western Pacific Group continues to develop Dong Van V Industrial Park (237.29 ha) and Dong Van VI Industrial Park (250 ha), possessing the advantage of inter-regional connectivity via the North-South transportation axis with infrastructure meeting international standards, satisfying the needs of businesses in diverse industries.
In addition, the Yen Lu Industrial Park (expansion) (204.58 ha, Bac Ninh) leverages the advantages of the LIC model by connecting to National Highway 1A, providing convenient access to the Chinese market via the Huu Nghi border gate in Lang Son and the northern seaport system, creating a significant advantage for export-oriented manufacturing and supporting industries.
With a portfolio of projects in key industrial zones and a consistent development strategy based on the Industrial Park & Logistics Cluster model, Western Pacific Group continues to affirm its role as a strategic partner accompanying businesses on their journey of implementation, operation, and expansion of production, contributing to promoting sustainable growth in key economic regions in Vietnam.
