In the early winter days, the cold wind blows in, which is also the time when the pure white mustard fields of Moc Chau begin to bloom. From all over the hillsides, valleys, and vast villages, a white color of mustard flowers competes to welcome the sun, blooming pure white. The tender mustard stems, small branches like small, pretty arms reaching out to support the tiny flower clusters, the fragile petals spread out to welcome the sun, growing into carpets of flowers, creating a strangely pure feeling. In the middle of the immense, boundless carpet of flowers, stretching out to the green hills, is the sound of the whistling wind and the murmur of bees collecting honey. The flower fields show off their white color across a corner of the sky, the gentle scent of flowers wafting, bringing a feeling of simplicity and comfort.

Canola flowers are grown by Moc Chau people for green vegetables as goods, for fresh radishes or for seeds to sell to oil presses, but now canola is grown more, on dozens of hectares, also for tourism development. Canola flowers bloom from the beginning of November to the end of December of the lunar calendar, pure white canola from the fields to the mountain slopes, winding along the roads into the villages... everywhere is the white color of canola flowers, Moc Chau seems to be wearing a new outfit in the cold weather. That is the reason why Moc Chau attracts so many tourists, backpackers and photographers.

Canola flowers are everywhere in the Moc Chau plateau such as: Na Ka Valley (Farm town); Chieng Son commune; Muong Sang commune... These are areas of gentle terrain, many flat valleys so canola flowers can freely bloom with all their beauty, making visitors even more amazed. But the most famous and familiar to travel enthusiasts is the pine forest of Ban Ang, Dong Sang commune (Moc Chau). Groups of tourists walk to explore the blooming canola fields, showing off their pure white color on the hillsides... Tourists from near and far dress up in the skirts and shirts of the Mong and Thai ethnic groups, pose and take photos. Couples come to take wedding photos, gently walking together on that pure flower carpet to capture beautiful images to remember important milestones in their lives. Standing in the middle of the vast, vast canola fields, letting your soul immerse in the nature of the clouds and sky, closing your eyes to enjoy the cool breeze, the scent of canola flowers caressing your cheeks, it feels wonderful.
