This award is organized annually by the Asian Economic Research Institute in collaboration with the Vietnam Association of Science and Enterprise Development, to honor units that have made positive contributions to society, have wide coverage and comply with legal regulations.

Contribute to changing the appearance and quality of vaccination

In just 8 years, VNVC has grown strongly, quickly opening more than 200 large, modern, and safe vaccination centers nationwide, serving tens of millions of customers each year, contributing to changing the appearance and quality of the vaccination sector in Vietnam.

As of October 10, the system has brought in and deployed 2024 new vaccines for children and adults such as dengue fever, herpes zoster (shingles) vaccines, etc.

Recently, the system announced the investment in building a vaccine and biological product factory with leading modern technology. world according to EU GMP standards (good manufacturing practices according to European standards) to produce vaccines and biological drugs right in Vietnam.

VNVC signed a contract with pharmaceutical company Sanofi to produce a number of important vaccines and biological drugs at a factory that meets EU GMP standards in Vietnam.

Mr. Vo Tuan Hien, HR Director of VNVC Vaccination System, said that to quickly achieve these great successes, the system has created a professional, high-quality working environment, paying attention to treatment, welfare policies, and good salaries and bonuses.

In 2024, the entire system opened more than 50 vaccination centers, the number of employees increased during the year to more than 1.000 people, in the context of nearly thousands of high-quality employees in the field. medical Previous contingencies have been recruited for centers nationwide.

Therefore, to have enough "staff" in many fields of work to meet the needs of strong system development, the system has always focused on finding and developing human resources, through professional and systematic training.

Highly skilled human resource model

VNVC has built a highly specialized and specialized human resource model with more than 10.000 people including more than 3.000 doctors, nearly 4.000 nurses and more than 3.000 professional medical staff after only 8 years of operation.

“100% of doctors and nurses are certified in Vaccination Safety; nearly 90% of nurses are highly skilled at 3/4 level, 4/4 level are highly specialized levels, capable of training nurses below; 100% of employees are regularly trained in professional knowledge, expertise, and advanced customer service skills,” said Mr. Hien.

100% of doctors and nurses at VNVC have Vaccination Safety certificates, nearly 90% of nurses have high-skilled skills at 3/4, 4/4 levels.

According to MSc. Nguyen Thi Kim Oanh, Nursing Director of the System, to become a main injector, in addition to meeting high professional standards, nurses must undergo a 2 to 3 month continuous training course in professional skills and services before being able to assist in injecting and take the exam for the main injector position after a few months of serving customers.

“Each nurse will participate in periodic skill tests to confirm their abilities and have the opportunity to advance, increase their salary, and receive bonuses according to regulations. Therefore, everyone is trying very hard to study, practice, and serve customers with safe and gentle vaccinations,” said nurse Kim Oanh.

VNVC focuses on training specialized human resources to operate and control international standard cold storage quality, ensure vaccine quality, and practice safe vaccination for customers.
