The Nhân Trạch sea area is where approximately 334 boats from villages such as Nhân Hải, Nhân Quang, Nhân Đức, Nhân Tiến, Nhân Nam, Nhân Bắc... in Nam Trạch commune fish. Every day, around 3-4 PM, the boats set out to fish and return to shore early the next morning. Thanks to this, the fish and squid caught are always fresh and of high quality.

Because Nhan Trach beach is famous for its fresh squid, caught on the same day. Squid noodle soup is a simple and easy-to-make dish that still retains the fresh flavor of the squid. Therefore, many tourists now come to Nhan Trach beach to discover and enjoy this dish.”

Mr. Le Ba Nuyen, owner of Lang Chai restaurant (Nam Trach commune), shared: “Our restaurant regularly has customers eating squid noodle soup, mostly tourists from other provinces, bloggers, and celebrities… To ensure we serve delicious squid noodle soup, we always choose thick-skinned, fresh squid and clean it thoroughly. Then, we boil the water thoroughly before adding the squid to ensure the squid meat remains firm and the skin doesn't peel off. For an authentic dish, instant noodles, fresh vegetables, scallions, cilantro, and chili peppers are essential… After the squid is cooked, it's removed and placed in a bowl already containing instant noodles, seasonings, and broth. A steaming bowl of squid noodle soup with a bowl of chili fish sauce from the coastal village will leave an unforgettable impression on every diner.”
Ms. Phan Thi Ha Thanh, a tourist from Hanoi, shared: “During the children's summer vacation, my family took a trip to Quang Tri. Knowing that squid noodle soup is a specialty dish of the Nhan Trach coastal area, my whole family came here to enjoy it.
