The sound of a broom in the rainThe first rains of the season poured down, suddenly roaring like the joyful shouts of summer. The parched, parched rice fields burst forth, welcoming the cool water. The irrigation ditches in the fields burst with laughter, dancing to the lively music of the rain. The rain brought forth the earthy, muddy scent, mingled with the sweet fragrance of young rice, a scent that was intoxicating. On the vast expanse of the countryside, the summer rain, like a passionate dance, was brimming with life.

Nostalgia for the kitchen cornerHow many summers have passed since I left that peaceful countryside to wander, traversing the years? I've been through so many hardships and storms... I've spent afternoons burying my face in my lonely hands, savoring the salty taste of desolate longing for something unclear. Amidst that emptiness and uncertainty, rummaging through distant memories... I'm startled to encounter again the pungent smell of smoke, the smell of ash and chaff in my mother's simple kitchen.

This diversity of weather and scenery is enough for travelers to create a rich menu and a challenging itinerary that fuels their adventurous spirit. Summer is the season for vacations, from vast, lush green mountains to pristine white-sand beaches, from charming city streets to legendary countryside.

Humans are like a fruit of nature, ripened by the sun, rain, waves, and wind. On the lips of the traveler, the joyful song flows from the moment "the sky gradually rises, my soul seems like a bird's wing" (Entering Summer - Lê Hựu Hà) to the lingering "Summer is joyful, my feet take flight, my hair like clouds makes my eyes sparkle" (Cloudy Hair - Phạm Thế Mỹ). Because of this joy, the feet and heart seem to soar, flying far to explore to their heart's content. Summer is like a golden time for the coastal land of the East Sea, resplendent in a long series of festivities.

The destination could be something simple like a harvest festival in the countryside, connecting people to their villages and roots; or something requiring more preparation, like an adventure through famous caves or underground rivers, known for their challenging nature; or perhaps a leisurely stroll along white sandy beaches and turquoise waters… These are all gifts that will bring you happiness. Will you choose the North with Co To Island or the Central region with the Phong Nha-Ke Bang World Heritage Site? Or perhaps the orchards of the South, allowing you to slow down and leisurely follow the rhythm of the waters of the Mekong Delta?

For each place, the greatest gift might be the beauty of its way of life; the uniqueness and diversity of each location make each gift different.
