♦ Mr. [Name], Vice Chairman of Hoa Xuan Commune People's Committee : Focus on overcoming difficulties and supporting the people.

Over the past few days, we have focused on addressing the consequences, providing emergency material support, and restoring production for the people. Our goal is to rebuild homes for those whose houses were destroyed by the floods before the Lunar New Year, as directed by the Prime Minister . We have requested support from the central and provincial governments to repair infrastructure, provide social welfare assistance, and cover tuition fees for students in flood-affected areas, as well as for the elderly, the poor, and the near-poor. Furthermore, the locality urgently needs more social and charitable resources to help people stabilize their lives during this difficult time.
I would also like to urge the public to be vigilant against distorted and fabricated information on social media about the damage and relief efforts, which aims to create panic and erode public trust.
Mr. , owner of Gia Minh business, Tuy Hoa ward : Wishing for a speedy recovery of business.

During the recent floods, all my furniture and goods were submerged and completely damaged, resulting in huge losses. I'm not alone; many small business owners in Tuy Hoa and other flood-affected areas are also facing very difficult circumstances.
After the floods, we hope to receive tax incentives from the government, preferential loans, and the prompt re-issuance of necessary business documents that were damaged by the floodwaters; this will help us quickly repurchase goods, repair our kiosks, and restore business operations as soon as possible. Small business owners also request that the tax authorities reduce or waive business license tax and personal income tax for this fiscal year, as this would be direct support to help us get back on our feet after the floods.
♦ Ms. [Name] , Phuoc Thinh village, Tay Hoa commune : Needs timely support with seeds and agricultural supplies.

My family are farmers, and our livelihoods mainly depend on the fields. Every year, after each harvest, we try to store rice to use as food and sell it gradually to cover expenses. This year's flood was too big; the water rose too quickly, sweeping away everything. The rice we had stored all year was submerged, and with the continuous rain and wind over the past few days, we haven't been able to dry it.
Not only me, but many people in the village and commune are in the same situation. We truly hope that some company or animal feed processing facility will come forward to buy the waterlogged rice, even at a low price, as long as it helps alleviate some of the losses during this difficult time. What farmers most hope for right now is for the government to provide timely support, including rice seeds and agricultural supplies, to help people overcome this disaster, stabilize their lives and production after the flood...
