A compassionate heart

One of those beautiful examples is teacher Ngo Thi Le Hoa, a teacher with much love and concern for students in difficult circumstances, who has been devoted to the career of "cultivating people" for many years.

Ms. Ngo Thi Le Hoa, Principal of Le Thanh Cong Secondary School, Phuoc Kien Commune, Nha Be District, Ho Chi Minh City Not only is she a decisive, creative, dedicated manager, but she is also known by her colleagues, parents, and students for her kindness. Ms. Hoa has become a support and a bridge between philanthropists and disadvantaged students in the school, and those who are unfortunate in life.

She has launched many fundraising movements in the school such as "raising piggy banks", "fund for poor friends"... to give gifts to disadvantaged students of Le Thanh Cong Secondary School. Every year, many gifts are given to poor students who overcome difficulties to encourage and motivate them to strive in their studies.

At the end of the year, to help students have more joy, enjoy a full and warm Tet holiday with their families, Ms. Hoa used her own money to prepare Tet gifts for students in difficult circumstances to enjoy spring and celebrate Tet.

Her kindness and tolerance not only stopped at helping the young students in the school but also spread love, sympathy and sharing to those in difficulty in society. In the last days of October 2020, when the people of the Central region were struggling to cope with natural disasters, storms and floods, with the pain and loss of life and property pouring in, with the sentiment of "blood flows, intestines soften", the spirit of mutual love, towards the Central region, Ms. Le Hoa launched a movement with students and parents to donate necessities to the people of the Central region to help people overcome difficulties, pain and loss.

2020 is also a difficult year due to the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic. Understanding the situation of ordinary students' families, which is already difficult and now even more difficult due to the pandemic, Ms. Hoa and other teachers in the school contributed to the "Sowing Seeds of Kindness" fund with the hope of contributing to the people of the city and the whole country to defeat the pandemic...

The principal with a kind and tolerant heart

Not only recognized for her management and professional capacity in the unit, Ms. Le Hoa, as the head of the school, has mobilized teachers, parents and students to participate in volunteer work. In the spirit of mutual love, on November 15, 2020, Ms. Le Hoa and the Board of Directors of Le Thanh Cong Secondary School organized a volunteer trip to the Shelter of Love at Tu An Pagoda, My Tan Hamlet, My Xuan Commune, Tan Thanh District, Ba Ria - Vung Tau Province to partly share and help the difficult circumstances here and also to help the students have a meaningful experience, self-form and enrich themselves with love, compassion, and sharing with everyone.

Teacher Hoa confided: "The school board and I always pay attention to training life skills for students. Community-oriented activities are regularly organized with the aim of helping students live more compassionately and lovingly, towards the motto: give kindness, receive trust".

Every child has a dream, teachers should give wings to those dreams so that they have the opportunity to shine."

Ms. Ngo Thi Le Hoa deserves to be a beautiful flower in the garden of "good people - good deeds". She is the one who "ignites" and adds faith and love for the teaching profession to the young generations like us, worthy of being a beautiful example for generations of students to follow.
