One such exemplary figure is teacher Ngo Thi Le Hoa, an educator with deep love and concern for students from disadvantaged backgrounds, who has dedicated many years to the noble profession of "nurturing future generations".
Ms. Ngo Thi Le Hoa, Principal of Le Thanh Cong Secondary School, Phuoc Kien Commune, Nha Be District, Ho Chi Minh City Not only is she a decisive, creative, and dedicated administrator, but she is also known by her colleagues, parents, and students for her compassionate heart. Ms. Hoa has become a pillar of support and a bridge between philanthropists and disadvantaged students in the school, as well as those facing unfortunate circumstances in life.
She launched many fundraising campaigns in the school, such as "piggy bank" and "fund for the poor," to give gifts to disadvantaged students of the Le Thanh Cong Secondary School's Youth Union. Every year, many gifts are given to poor students who overcome difficulties to encourage and motivate them to strive in their studies.
To bring more joy to her students and ensure they can enjoy a complete and warm Tet holiday with their families, Ms. Hoa has been using her own money to prepare Tet gifts for underprivileged students so they can celebrate the spring festival and welcome the new year.

Her kindness and compassion extended beyond helping her students; she also spread love, empathy, and sharing to those facing difficulties in society. In late October 2020, when people in Central Vietnam were struggling against natural disasters, storms, and floods, suffering immense loss of life and property, Ms. Le Hoa, driven by a deep sense of compassion and mutual support, launched a campaign with her students and parents to donate essential supplies to help the people of Central Vietnam overcome their hardships, suffering, and losses.

2020 was also a difficult year due to the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic. Understanding the already challenging circumstances of students' families, which were further exacerbated by the pandemic, Ms. Hoa and other teachers at the school contributed to the "Sowing Seeds of Compassion" fund, hoping to help the people of the city and the entire country overcome the pandemic...
The principal is a kind and compassionate person.
Not only recognized for her management and professional skills within the school, Ms. Le Hoa, as the head of the school, has mobilized teachers, parents, and students to participate in charitable work. With a spirit of mutual support and compassion, on November 15, 2020, Ms. Le Hoa and the school's management board organized a charitable trip to the Shelter for the Needy at Tu An Pagoda, My Tan Hamlet, My Xuan Commune, Tan Thanh District, Ba Ria - Vung Tau Province. This trip aimed to share and help those in difficult circumstances there, and also to provide students with a meaningful experience, fostering and cultivating compassion, kindness, and sharing towards others.
Teacher Hoa shared: "My school's management team and I are always concerned about developing life skills for our students. Community-oriented activities are regularly organized with the aim of helping them live more compassionately and lovingly, following the motto: give kindness, receive trust."

Speaking further about volunteer work, Ms. Hoa said: "Volunteering is not simply about giving; it's about spreading love, bringing hope, energy, and a more positive motivation to children and those less fortunate. Every child has a dream, and teachers should help nurture those dreams so that they have the opportunity to shine."
Ms. Ngo Thi Le Hoa truly deserves to be considered a beautiful flower in the garden of "good people - good deeds." She is a "torchbearer," instilling faith and love for the teaching profession in young generations like us, and is a worthy role model for future generations of students to emulate. We hope that there will be more and more role models like her so that students can learn in schools with adequate facilities and the boundless love of their teachers.
