On June 23rd, at the Dak Lak Provincial Police Department, the Provincial People's Committee solemnly organized the launching ceremony of the "Digital Summer Campaign with VNeID".

The campaign was launched to promote the pioneering and creative role of young people in the digital transformation, supporting people in accessing and effectively using digital utilities; guiding the installation, activation, and use of the VNeID application and online public services; and participating in the "Digital Literacy Platform". Through this, it contributes to building digital citizens and a digital society, and promotes the effective implementation of Government Decree 06 in the province.

On this occasion, the Organizing Committee launched six youth volunteer teams, including: a team for guiding digital citizens; a team to support the activation and use of VNeID; a team to support the issuance of identity cards and electronic identification for students; a team to promote online public services; a team to survey and record people's difficulties; and a team for digital learning on the digital literacy platform.

At the event, delegates performed the ceremony of pressing the button to launch the VNeID 2026 Digital Summer Campaign, officially initiating activities to promote and guide digital citizenship throughout the province. Immediately after the launch ceremony, youth volunteer teams organized a parade to show their support and deployed activities to assist people at the grassroots level.
Launching the "Digital Summer" campaign, the Youth Union of Ea Bung commune (Dak Lak province) established 12 volunteer teams with 60 young union members participating, directly coordinating and implementing activities to support people during the campaign.

The volunteer teams will focus on carrying out several key tasks such as: Guiding people to install, activate, and use the VNeID application; assisting with updating and verifying personal information; and raising awareness about digital transformation, online public services, and digital utilities serving daily life.
Immediately after the launching ceremony, volunteer teams simultaneously deployed to villages and residential areas throughout the region to provide direct support to the people.
On the same day, the launching ceremony of the "Digital Summer" campaign took place in Ea Rốk commune.

This is a practical activity aimed at contributing to the effective implementation of digital transformation, building a digital government, a digital society, and digital citizens in the commune.
Through this campaign, the youth of Ea Rốk continue to affirm their pioneering role in applying science and technology, accompanying the people in the digital transformation process, and contributing to building a more developed, civilized, and modern Ea Rốk homeland.
Previously, as part of the 2026 Youth Union work program, the Ea Drăng Commune Youth Union (Dak Lak province) established and coordinated a team of young volunteers for digital transformation to support the Women's Union of the commune in applying digital technology in its activities and daily life.

Here, youth union members guided members on how to create pages and use software applications to support the launch of the "Digital Women's Association" model. This contributed to innovating activities, improving the effectiveness of connecting and managing members on a digital platform. The youth digital transformation team assisted women members in installing essential applications, using online public services, cashless payments, electronic identification, and enhancing online safety skills.

In addition, youth union members also support the development of online networking groups and the promotion of local products on digital platforms and e-commerce sites. This activity contributes to promoting the pioneering role of young people and accelerating the digital transformation process in the locality.
