Tonight and tomorrow, due to the influence of a compressed low-pressure trough combined with a strong convergence zone of winds at 3,000 m altitude, the weather in localities throughout the province will be: Cloudy, with scattered rain, moderate rain and thunderstorms, locally heavy to very heavy rain in some areas, southeast wind at level 2, cold at night and early morning; high-altitude and mountainous areas will experience freezing temperatures.

Warning: Thunderstorms accompanied by tornadoes, lightning, hail, and strong winds may affect human lives, agricultural production, cause trees to fall, damage houses, transportation infrastructure, and other facilities. Heavy rain may cause flooding in low-lying areas and pose a risk of flash floods and landslides in mountainous regions.
