Nha Concert , marking 15 years of singer Lan Nha's career, took place on the evening of December 20th at Hoa Binh Theater, Ho Chi Minh City.

A night of "straightforward" music.

Over nearly three hours and 25 performances, singer Lan Nha, along with three guest artists: People's Artist Tan Minh, singer Hoang Quyen, and Huong Tram, presented 25 songs.

The reasonable length, coupled with neat organization and the absence of unnecessary extraneous content, helped Lan Nha score points, allowing the audience to have a complete experience.

According to the script, the show was divided into three chapters: The Classy, The Journey , and The Heart , but in reality, Lan Nha failed to clearly articulate the concept – the main idea, the overarching spirit that he and his team wanted to convey.

Because the storyline and message were not clearly defined, it was difficult to answer what the concert was about and how the significance of Lan Nha's 15-year career milestone was expressed; at times, it even left the audience feeling disjointed.

The biggest, and indeed only, highlight of Nha Concert was the vocals and the music.

When singing the first two songs, "Still Loving You Forever" and "Time Will Not Fade ," Lan Nha seemed affected by the pressure of organizing his first solo concert, resulting in quite a few mistakes in his singing.

From the third song onwards - " Before Tomorrow Comes ," he regained his form and shone throughout the entire show.

Each guest contributed to Nha Concert in their own way.

People's Artist Tan Minh added a unique touch to Lan Nha's performance, not only in his singing but also in his interaction and storytelling. Meanwhile, Huong Tram brought a fresh and energetic "showbiz" vibe – something that was sorely lacking in this concert.

The defining characteristic of Nha Concert, from Lan Nha's singing style, song selection, and guest artist choices to his costumes and storytelling, is his seriousness and professionalism.

Lan Nha is serious, sometimes to the point of being rigid, in all his choices. He wears suits, sings the most iconic love songs in a exemplary manner, performs duets with skilled vocalists, speaks little and sings much, and almost completely avoids any content outside of music.

It seems that Lan Nha always chooses the direct path, without pretense, calculation, or circumvention.

In 2025, Nha could be the only solo concert organized in its original format, focusing solely on music, concentrating on the auditory experience and disregarding the visual aspect, bringing the "viewer" back to the "listener" of the past.

At around 8 PM, the show began with a packed audience of 2,000 people, far from the sparse turnout predicted by the concert's low turnout.

When Lan Nha publicly announced the cancellation of his solo concert in Hanoi , he faced criticism. Some Threads users mocked him, saying he had no audience and was past his prime.

But the concert in Ho Chi Minh City showed the opposite: in his field, Lan Nha has a stronger appeal than anything else.

In reality, Nha Concert had a few flaws: a weak conceptual script, dilapidated facilities at Hoa Binh Theater, and the singers and crew repeatedly let the stage fall apart...

The concert offered almost nothing new; Lan Nha sang love songs for three hours straight, and the narration lacked any humor except for the appearance of People's Artist Tan Minh.

Lan Nha is working hard to reinvent herself by practicing dance moves.

But after each performance, the audience's reaction to Lan Nha was unexpectedly enthusiastic, with prolonged, resounding applause.

The behavior of the 2,000 audience members was almost a compromise, suggesting that Lan Nha only needed to sing well, and everything else was unimportant.

This may have indirectly answered the question: "Does Lan Nha need to change?", despite his efforts to reinvent himself by practicing dance and singing rock.

It's regrettable that Lan Nha had to cancel his concert in Hanoi, as it means his 15-year singing career wasn't quite complete. Even with the cancellation, his straightforward approach and clear announcement to the audience are commendable, true to his usual "straightforward" style.

In return, Nha Concert is a wonderful compensation, not only emotionally but also for the honor of Lan Nha - a dedicated, serious, and scandal-free singer for 15 years.
