The Prime Minister has issued a directive to accelerate the progress of land clearance and construction material exploitation for projects to complete 3,000 km of expressways by 2025.

Accordingly, the Prime Minister instructed the Ministry of Construction - the permanent agency of the State Steering Committee for National Key Projects and Transport Sector Projects - to continue coordinating closely with localities, investors, and relevant ministries and agencies to resolve difficulties and obstacles related to land clearance and construction materials; and to direct investors and contractors to organize construction in 3 shifts, 4 teams, including weekends and holidays, to accelerate construction progress and meet the required schedule.

The Prime Minister also requested Da Nang city (currently under construction for the Hoa Lien - Tuy Loan expressway) to expedite the licensing procedures and increase the capacity of quarries according to regulations, completing the process before April 25th. Da Nang has actively participated in this effort, and the land clearance for the project has now been completed, ensuring construction can proceed.
