To celebrate the 82nd anniversary of the founding of the Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneers Organization (May 15, 1941 - May 15, 2023), on the morning of May 14, the Central Council of the Young Pioneers Organization directed the Vietnam Children's Support and Development Center, the Ha Tinh Provincial Council of the Young Pioneers Organization, and other participating units to organize the "Vietnamese Youth - Cultivating Virtues and Talents, Leading the Future" festival.

Attending the program were Nguyen Pham Duy Trang, Secretary of the Central Committee of the Youth Union and President of the Central Council of the Young Pioneers, and Truong Thanh Huyen, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department of Ha Tinh province.

At the program, Vice Chairman of the Central Youth Union Council and Chairman of the Central Training Council, Le Anh Quan, reviewed the 82-year tradition of the founding of the Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneers Organization. Through this, he hoped that the young pioneers and youth would continuously strive, train, and develop themselves with positive motivations, diligently studying to build a prosperous nation and shape the values of Vietnamese children.
