Nghe An: Highlights September 10

* On the morning of September 10, commemorating the 93rd anniversary of Nghe Tinh Soviet Day (September 12, 1930 - September 12, 2023), a delegation of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province held a flower and incense offering ceremony at the Soviet Martyrs Memorial House and Nghe Tinh Soviet Relic Site.

* On the morning of September 10 (July 26, Quy Mao year), at the National Monument - Memorial Site of General Secretary Le Hong Phong, in Hong Phong hamlet, Hung Thong commune, Hung Nguyen district, Nghe An province, the incense offering ceremony on the occasion of the 81st death anniversary of General Secretary Le Hong Phong was solemnly held.

* From late April to early October is the season for harvesting wild bamboo shoots of the ethnic minorities in the Western region of Nghe An. The harvested bamboo shoots are purchased by local dried bamboo shoot processing facilities to be processed on the same day with secrets to ensure the product has a beautiful yellow color and quality.

* The 2023 National Jujitsu Championship will take place from September 7 to 10, with the participation of more than 300 athletes from 26 provinces, cities and sectors across the country. As of 2:00 p.m. on September 10, Nghe An athletes have completed the competition and won 3 Gold Medals, 3 Silver Medals and 6 Bronze Medals.

* Preparing for the 2023 National U21 Finals, Song Lam Nghe An is a team highly regarded for its depth and many outstanding faces. However, the team led by coach Pham Bui Minh is also missing many faces because of their duties with the National Youth Team.
