* On the morning of March 16th, within the framework of the 2024 National Press Conference, a seminar on diversifying revenue sources for media organizations was held in Ho Chi Minh City. Attending the seminar were Deputy Minister of Information and Communications Nguyen Thanh Lam and representatives from central and local media organizations.
At the forum, speakers shared information on the long-term direction for the economics of journalism; efforts to diversify approaches to reaching readers; the changing journalism market in the digital age; and offered some solutions for the economics of journalism.
The speakers also offered several solutions for the economics of journalism, such as: Digital transformation of journalism to comprehensively change newsroom operations, creating a multimedia newsroom/media complex that conveniently connects with readers; digital transformation linked to the development of the digital economy, diversifying revenue sources, and increasing the competitiveness of media organizations with cross-border platforms. * Following the completion of the first circuit of the 500kV North-South transmission line in 1994 and the second circuit in 2005, the third circuit of the 500kV transmission line project is a key, urgent project with a particularly important role in national energy security, especially for the northern region.
Currently, two projects belonging to the 500kV circuit 3 power line are being implemented in Nghe An province; the relevant parties are urgently working to accelerate the project's construction progress.
This is the 500kV Quang Trach-Quynh Luu transmission line project with a total investment of nearly 9,821 billion VND. The section of the line passing through Nghe An province is approximately 82.33 km long, comprising 168 tower foundation locations in the following districts: Nam Dan (25.20km, 51 locations), Nghi Loc (14.30km, 29 locations), Dien Chau (22.60km, 47 locations), Yen Thanh (10.80km, 22 locations), and Quynh Luu (9.40km, 19 locations).
Secondly, there is the 500kV Quynh Luu - Thanh Hoa power line project with a total investment of over 4,079 billion VND. Of this, the section within Nghe An province is approximately 17.5km long, comprising 34 tower foundation locations, situated in Quynh Luu district (9.80km, 19 locations) and Hoang Mai town (7.70km, 15 locations).

* On the morning of March 16th, in Hung Nguyen district, Nghe An province, the consortium of investors and Phuc Thanh Hung Investment Joint Stock Company held the bridge joining ceremony for Hung Duc Bridge – the longest river crossing bridge on the North-South expressway, part of the Dien Chau - Bai Vot section of the project.
The Hung Duc Bridge has a total length of 4,015m and cost approximately 1,317 billion VND to build. It is also the longest river crossing bridge on the North-South Expressway.

* Beyond the meaning of a campaign, the message "Proud of our homeland" has been realized by the youth of Nghe An through meaningful projects and initiatives to ignite love for the Fatherland in their hearts.
The art exhibition, held at the Truông Bồn National Historical Site in response to the "Proud of Our Homeland" campaign, touched the emotions of many attendees. Over 100 paintings were on display, representing the best works selected from more than 400 entries submitted by local organizations.

The Department of Education and Training has just issued Decision No. 693/QD-SGD&ĐT approving the enrollment quota and number of specialized classes for 10th grade at Phan Boi Chau Specialized High School, starting from the 2024-2025 school year.
Accordingly, for the next academic year, the school has a maximum enrollment of 525 students. Of these, the specialized classes in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Informatics, Literature, History, Geography, Japanese, Chinese, French, and Russian will each have a maximum of 35 students.

* The 18th National Stick-Pushing Championship 2024 will take place from March 10th to 16th in Buon Ma Thuot city (Dak Lak province), with the participation of 200 athletes from 20 provinces and cities nationwide.
The Nghe An delegation participating in the competition consisted of 6 athletes. At the end of the competition, the Nghe An athletes won 1 Gold Medal and 2 Bronze Medals.

Currently, the Thanh Chi Commune Police (Thanh Chuong District) have completed the procedures to hand over the car, which is believed to have gone missing overnight, to the Vinh City Police for further investigation.
Earlier, on the morning of March 9th, Mr. Tran Duc Hau discovered that his car, license plate 37K - 111.54, parked in alley 64, Nguyen Si Sach Street, Hung Phuc Ward, Vinh City (200m from his house), had disappeared. Immediately after the incident, his family reported it to the authorities and posted information to search for it.
