Nghe An: Highlights on April 24

* On the morning of April 24, in Vinh city, the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province organized a meeting with Dien Bien soldiers, youth volunteers, and frontline laborers to celebrate the 70th anniversary of Dien Bien Phu Victory (May 7, 1954 - May 7, 2024).

* The People's Committee of Nghe An province has just issued Official Dispatch No. 14/CD-UBND dated April 22, 2024 on ensuring traffic order and safety to serve people's travel needs during the April 30 - May 1, 2024 holidays and the peak summer tourism season in 2024. Accordingly, it will strengthen control and strictly handle violations of traffic safety during the April 30 holiday.

* According to the construction unit, as of April 23, the Dien Chau - Bai Vot expressway project has completed 85% of the contract value. The first 30km of the route alone has been completed about 94%. It is expected that on April 28, the items will be basically completed, meeting the conditions for traffic to the QL46B intersection.
