* In 2022 and 2023, Nghe An province continuously exceeded the 20,000 billion VND revenue mark. The leaders of the Nghe An Provincial People's Committee have set a target for the Finance sector in 2024 to continue to surpass the revenue achieved in the past year.

* The Standing Committee of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee has just issued Notice No. 1189-TB/TU regarding the cessation of the pilot model where the Head of the Mass Mobilization Department also serves as the Chairman of the Fatherland Front Committee at the district level throughout the province.

* Nghe An province is honored to have 4 students awarded the "January Star" prize by the Central Committee of the Vietnam Youth Union and the Central Committee of the Vietnam Student Association, and 6 students awarded the titles of "3 Good Students" and "3 Well-Rounded Students" in 2023.

* The Nghe An Department of Transport is coordinating with the Southeast Economic Zone Management Board to advise on opening a Vinh-China flight route. Currently, Vinh International Airport operates 9 domestic routes and 1 international route, Vinh-Taiwan, in the form of a charter flight (1 flight/month).

* Nghe An province strictly prohibits requiring citizens and businesses to provide digitized information or information shared from national databases. This is one of the directives in the Directive on promoting reform solutions and improving the efficiency of administrative procedures and public service delivery for citizens and businesses in Nghe An province, recently issued by the Provincial People's Committee.

* After days of venturing out to sea, the Quỳnh Phương fishing port (Hoàng Mai town) is bustling with boats from fishermen in Nghệ An, Nam Định, Quảng Trị, and other provinces docking. Many boats have caught large quantities of mackerel, selling them at high prices.
