Having traveled extensively throughout Vietnam and experienced many community-based tourism villages, what impressed her most about Vi Rơ Ngheo was how clean the village was, from the common areas to the private homes of the villagers.
Most people don't drink alcohol. Outside of work, they play sports and participate in cultural activities such as playing gongs, singing folk songs, and performing traditional dances.
