The school comprises two branches: Luong Do and Tong Sanh, with 13 administrators, teachers, and staff members, and 135 children in 7 classes. The main branch is divided into 4 classes: senior kindergarten, middle kindergarten, junior kindergarten, and toddlers. To achieve national standard status, from the moment the district's plan was received, the school collaborated with the commune to establish a Steering Committee for building a standard school, assigning specific tasks to each member. The school has improved its management, developed specific plans for each school year, and actively implemented the movements "Building a friendly school, active students," and "Joining hands to care for children, contributing to building a green school"... The staff and teachers continuously improve their professional qualifications. 100% of the teachers in the school have at least a preschool education qualification. The professional teams operate effectively, organizing classroom visits and observation sessions to evaluate and learn from each other's experiences in order to teach better and more effectively. The groups regularly exchange professional knowledge and skills, provide guidance on making teaching aids and toys, and develop model lesson plans for teachers to refer to. They apply information technology to children's education: creating electronic lesson plans, using DVD players and screens during lessons, playtime, and thematic workshops.

In addition to improving the quality of teaching and learning for both teachers and children, the school pays special attention to childcare, ensuring 100% safety for all children attending classes. Regular communication with parents is maintained regarding children's academic progress and health status, enabling collaboration between the school and families to support optimal child development. Furthermore, school staff and teachers utilize their free time to cultivate vegetables in the garden, ensuring nutritious meals and promoting children's growth. Regular health check-ups are organized to prevent and control seasonal and other diseases. The school collaborates with the local health station to ensure complete vaccination coverage. Additionally, the school organizes numerous recreational activities and encourages exploration, fostering holistic intellectual and physical development in children.

Over the years, thanks to effective public awareness campaigns, the school's efforts in socializing education have yielded many encouraging results. The rate of children attending school at the appropriate age and the attendance rate have consistently been high. Parents and local agencies have shown greater interest in preschool education, providing material and labor support to help the school create a green, clean, and beautiful environment.
