This morning (December 22nd), three resettlement areas in Lang Nu, Bao Yen district, and two resettlement areas in Nam Tong and Kho Vang, Bac Ha district, Lao Cai province, were officially inaugurated amidst the joy and happiness of the local people. The joy on this inauguration day stems not only from having new homes, but also from the hopes for a prosperous and happy future.
