With over 200 service sessions per year, the center not only covers communes and wards but also expands to remote, mountainous, and border areas. These mobile library trips are also linked to significant political and cultural events such as the Dong Cuong Temple Festival, the Thuong Temple Festival, and the National Border Guard Day.
