Graduating with a degree in early childhood education, Ms. Nguyen Thi Hien started working at Quang Cu Kindergarten in 2003. She dedicated the enthusiasm of her youth to the innocent eyes and pure smiles of the children. From that young teacher to this day, she still believes that each child is a lovely little world that needs to be nurtured with the love, patience, and dedication of kindergarten teachers – the children's second mothers.

In the early days at the school, the facilities were still very difficult and lacking, with few teaching materials and toys. This ignited in the young teacher a determination to stay at the school and in the classroom, actively applying her professional skills to creative teaching activities, helping the children have beneficial lessons and meaningful activities, thereby helping them develop comprehensively in terms of physical, linguistic, cognitive, aesthetic, emotional, and social skills.

After years of hard work, dedication, and responsibility, Ms. Hien has earned the trust and recognition of her superiors, colleagues, parents, and students. In 2017, she was entrusted with the position of Deputy Principal of Quang Cu Kindergarten. In her new role, she constantly works with her colleagues to improve each lesson and activity for the children, thereby further enhancing the quality of care and education. Day after day, she maintains her passion for her profession, remains approachable and ready to help teachers, and continuously strives to learn and improve her professional skills and management and leadership abilities.

In 2023, teacher Nguyen Thi Hien took on a new role: Party Secretary and Principal of Quang Cu Kindergarten. This was a new step forward, and also an opportunity for her to affirm her capabilities and intelligence. She not only actively participated in activities spreading compassion through school cleaning, "Happy Mid-Autumn Festival," "Spring of Love - Tet Reunion," cultural and sports movements, and the "Teaching Well, Learning Well" emulation movement, but also in charitable activities in disadvantaged areas. Wherever she went, whatever the task, she always set a good example and worked with wholehearted dedication.

Throughout her more than 23 years dedicated to education, she has continuously strived to contribute to maintaining the school's status as an advanced and outstanding institution, earning a commendation from the Ministry of Education and Training . The number of teachers achieving excellent teacher status and outstanding performance at the grassroots level has steadily increased, the rate of malnourished children has decreased, and the rate of children achieving intellectual development has risen. The school's organizations are strong and united. For many years, she herself has been an outstanding performance at the grassroots level, a Party member who has excellently fulfilled her duties, and received a Certificate of Commendation from the Party Committee of the former Sam Son City. In 2024, in the "Teachers in My Eyes" competition, she was honored as the main character in the work: "The person who spreads love, building a happy kindergarten," which won second prize at the provincial level and was recognized by the Department of Education and Training.

Speaking about her principal, teacher Nguyen Thi Hang shared: “Every time I face difficulties in my work, I remember Ms. Hien's words: 'In the teaching profession, let your heart guide you.' When you put love into your work, everything will naturally turn out well. That saying is like a compass that helps me overcome many challenges, keeping the flame of love burning in every lesson and in every smile of the children. Ms. Hien has always been the one who 'ignites the flame,' a solid support for me and my colleagues throughout our professional journey.”

With a spirit of daring to think, daring to act, striving, and being creative, teacher Nguyen Thi Hien, together with the school's teaching staff, has built Quang Cu Kindergarten into a happy school – a place where every teacher can be themselves and every student can grow up in a world of happiness and love.
