For 20 years, Mr. Le Nhat Truong Tuan, Deputy Head of the Physics Department at Ham Rong High School, has dedicated himself to the noble profession of "nurturing future generations." He is always passionate and responsible, constantly innovating teaching methods and actively fostering talented students. Through his dedication and creativity, he has contributed to improving the quality of the school's advanced education, becoming a shining example in the "Good Teaching, Good Learning" emulation movement of the Thanh Hoa Department of Education and Training.

From his school days, Mr. Tuan loved teaching and harbored the dream of becoming an educator. This motivated him to pass the entrance exam to the Physics Department at Vinh University. In 2006, Mr. Le Nhat Truong Tuan graduated and began working at Cam Ba Thuoc High School, subsequently working at various other institutions. From 2014 to the present, Mr. Tuan has been working at Ham Rong High School, teaching Physics.

Throughout his career, imbued with President Ho Chi Minh's teachings on the role and responsibilities of educators, Mr. Tuan has always been conscious of continuously improving his moral character and professional skills, maintaining a spirit of dedication and responsibility to his profession. He regularly studies and enhances his professional skills, boldly applying active teaching methods suitable for each student, focusing on stimulating creative thinking and a passion for learning, helping students develop comprehensively in both ability and character. He always maintains a receptive attitude, actively listening to feedback from colleagues to learn from experience, constantly honing his pedagogical skills, and gradually improving the quality of his teaching to meet the demands of educational reform in the current period.

Teacher Tuan shared: “Physics is an experimental science . If we only convey knowledge in a theoretical way, it can easily become dry and uninteresting for students. Therefore, in the teaching process, I always focus on innovating methods, connecting lesson content with real-life situations, helping students understand the essence of the problem and see the meaning of learning Physics. In addition, the application of information technology, the use of simulation experiments, illustrative videos, and the organization of experiential and extracurricular activities are also promoted. Through this, not only do the lessons become more lively and engaging, but they also contribute to arousing passion and fostering students' initiative and creativity in learning.”

In his work nurturing gifted students, recognizing this as a crucial task in improving educational quality and enhancing the school's prestige, Mr. Tuan has always pondered how to produce more talented students in his subject. To date, he has mentored 13 students who have won provincial-level awards in Physics, including 1 first prize, 5 second prizes, 4 third prizes, and 3 consolation prizes. Notably, in the 2023-2024 academic year, the gifted student team under his supervision ranked first in the province, further solidifying the school's position in the field of advanced education.

Not only is Mr. Tuan dedicated to teaching, but he is also a key teacher at the Thanh Hoa Department of Education and Training, actively participating in training and professional development for teachers; participating in setting and grading exams for gifted students and excellent teachers; and participating in professional councils of the education sector. In addition, he always focuses on research and writing innovative teaching experiences, with many topics highly appreciated and effectively applied in teaching practice. During his career, he has had one innovative teaching experience recognized as a B-level provincial-level achievement and 12 innovative teaching experiences recognized at the sectoral level (including 5 B-level and 7 C-level achievements).

In the field of science and technology research, he has guided students to participate in competitions and win many provincial-level awards over the years. In particular, the project "Design and fabrication of a multi-functional agricultural robot for sowing seeds, spraying pesticides, and watering, integrating AI cameras and intelligent control systems for crop care and monitoring on various terrains," which he supervised, won fourth prize in the National Science and Technology Research Competition for junior and senior high school students in the 2025-2026 school year, contributing to affirming the creative capacity of students and the quality of education at the school.

Through his tireless efforts, teacher Le Nhat Truong Tuan has been recognized as an excellent teacher at the provincial level, a provincial-level emulation fighter, and has received a Certificate of Commendation from the Chairman of the People's Committee of Thanh Hoa province, along with numerous certificates of merit from various levels and sectors. He is a shining example of self-learning, creativity, and dedication to his profession, contributing to spreading positive values ​​in the province's education system.
