Typical of the above activities, the City has coordinated to grant health insurance cards to nearly 11,000 cases; supported 72 houses; provided free vocational training and introduced jobs to hundreds of workers.

At the same time, support loans for 615 cases with a total amount of nearly 28.4 billion VND; propose to exempt tuition fees for Cham and Khmer ethnic students, with a total amount of nearly 3 billion VND; support 50 ethnic minority teachers to teach ethnic languages with a total amount of nearly 500 million VND...

Statistics show that Ho Chi Minh City currently has 54 ethnic groups, each ethnic group always preserves and promotes the cultural identity of their own people. That has contributed significantly to the construction of an advanced Vietnamese culture with strong identity.
