The construction unit is completing the upgrading of the rural road connecting Can Vam and Can Vam A hamlets. Mr. Danh Xa, a resident of Can Vam A hamlet, shared: “This road used to be narrow and dilapidated for many years, making travel difficult. Now that the road has been widened and renovated, we are very happy because our hometown is developing more and more.”

Vinh Hoa commune prioritizes investment in social infrastructure such as transportation, electricity, water, schools, and healthcare to facilitate people's access to essential services. The livelihoods of the people in Vinh Hoa commune are also shifting towards sustainability. Vinh Hoa aims for a strong transformation from traditional agricultural production to an agricultural economy, linked to commodity production, the application of science and technology, and increasing value per unit area.

Mr. Vo Van Quon, residing in Vinh Hoa commune, changed his production direction, investing in growing straw mushrooms in greenhouses according to the "3 clean" standards. This model has provided him with a stable income and created jobs for many unemployed local workers. “The model of growing straw mushrooms in greenhouses has brought economic benefits, so my family has invested in about 10 more mushroom growing houses. The model not only creates economic value for my family but also provides employment for 3-6 local workers, with an income of about 350,000-400,000 VND per day,” Mr. Quon said.
