Not only in management departments, many female engineers in the electrical industry also directly participate in research and propose initiatives to improve work efficiency and ensure occupational safety. Ms. Vo Thi Phuong Mai, an employee of the Safety Department, is one of the exemplary figures with many technical improvement initiatives applied in practice. During her work, she and her colleagues proposed several solutions such as: designing a protective eye mask combined with an insulating plastic helmet, or applying QR codes in managing safety equipment. These initiatives not only help improve equipment management efficiency but also save the unit hundreds of millions of VND. According to Ms. Mai, technical work in the electrical industry always requires caution and a high sense of responsibility. Proactively researching and proposing technical improvement solutions not only helps improve work efficiency but also contributes to ensuring the safety of workers.
