Difficult questions in biology

In topic number 2, Master Vo Thanh Binh, a teacher at Le Hong Phong High School for the Gifted (Ho Chi Minh City), focused on the knowledge topic "Distinguishing between mitosis and meiosis".

Teacher Binh guided the students in systematically reviewing the knowledge content about mitosis and meiosis. This is a rather abstract topic that has often appeared in difficult questions in past years' exams.

In addition, Mr. Binh guided students on how to distinguish which stage of cell division a cell is in to determine the chromosomal characteristics in each stage. Mr. Binh also suggested solutions to related questions from the 2020 and 2022 high school graduation exams.

Previously, on May 9th, during the first review session of the biology course, the teacher and students systematically reviewed the knowledge about the molecular mechanisms of heredity.

From now until June 11th, at fixed times (4:30 PM, 6:30 PM, and 8:30 PM) from Monday to Saturday each week, Thanh Nien Newspaper will broadcast 88 thematic programs for reviewing for the high school graduation exam.

The review sessions are conducted by experienced teachers from Le Hong Phong High School (District 5), Tran Dai Nghia High School (District 1), Bui Thi Xuan High School (District 1), Le Quy Don High School (District 3), Nguyen Hien High School (District 11), etc. Through each online exam review session, teachers will help students save time, take advantage of technology to make learning more engaging, and accumulate knowledge for the upcoming important exam.

Students can access Thanh Nien Newspaper's platforms to watch the program live at the scheduled time or review all previously broadcast episodes.

The program is supported and sponsored by organizations such as: Thien Long Group, Saigon International University (SIU), and the Asian International School system.

The program "Secrets to Achieving High Scores in the 2023 High School Graduation Exam" will broadcast 88 clips in the form of thematic review sessions aligned with the high school graduation exam.

In the 88 review topics, each subject teacher will provide questions in the format of the high school graduation exam. This helps students review their knowledge, familiarize themselves with the question-solving methods, and practice finding multiple-choice answers quickly and accurately.
