Cu Lan Village ( Lam Dong )
The village is located in Lat commune (Lac Duong, Lam Dong), nearly 30km from the center of Da Lat city and nestled at the foot of Lang Biang mountain. There are many explanations for why this place is called Cu Lan, but the legend of the villagers is the most "trusted". Specifically, long ago, there was a plain boy who went up the mountain with the dream of picking up stones to build a paradise in the middle of the forest as a gift for the person he loved.

And his dream of "picking up stones to patch up the sky" and his foolish way of doing things made people call him Cu Lan. Gradually, the rumor about Cu Lan picking up stones to build a paradise on a high mountain for his lover reached the girl's ears. The girl immediately left the city and went up to the mountains and forests, and was overwhelmed by the beauty of the wild nature and was moved by the boy's sincere love.
The girl decided to stay in the deep mountains and forests with Cu Lan. Although the couple could not build a paradise, they created a small village by the stream, among wild flowers and green hills. From then on, people called the village Cu Lan village.

Mui Ne fishing village ( Binh Thuan )
