The policy of streamlining the administrative apparatus is being implemented according to plan, aiming to eliminate the district level, reorganize commune-level administrative units, and implement a two-tiered local model comprising the provincial and grassroots levels. Like other places, officials and civil servants in Viet Thang commune, Phu Tan district, are very interested in this policy.

The rural landscape of Phu Tan district is becoming increasingly attractive.

The rural landscape of Phu Tan district is becoming increasingly attractive.

Sacrificing personal interests is also a form of contribution.

Streamlining the government apparatus means that many civil servants and public employees will no longer work within the political system but will move to other sectors and professions outside the state. Naturally, there will be concerns and anxieties. Because civil servants and public employees in general, if they move to the private sector, will face unfamiliar situations and need time to adapt.

Nevertheless, everything continued as normal, and some tasks even needed to be accelerated to serve the lives and production needs of the people.

Mr. Phan Cong Van, a civil servant in the Justice and Civil Registry department of Viet Thang commune, shared: "Initially, I had some concerns. However, recognizing that the policy of streamlining is correct and for development, I decided that if there is work available after the merger, I will continue working; if not, I will still happily and contentedly implement the downsizing policy. This is also a contribution, a sacrifice of my own interests to serve the development of the country."

Clearly, jobs are important, as they not only determine the economic situation and livelihoods of individuals, but can also influence their thoughts and actions. However, with faith in the Party's reform policies, the team of cadres and civil servants always maintains a firm mindset, believing that the streamlining of the apparatus will ensure no one is left behind. Because the streamlining revolution is also a process of selecting reputable, capable, and dedicated cadres to serve the development of the country.

Improve ideology and enhance combat effectiveness.

According to Mr. Le Van Hung, Secretary of the Youth Union of Viet Thang commune: "This is a major policy, a process of screening and selecting capable officials. Certainly, after the merger, the local officials, civil servants, and public employees will have improved qualifications and capabilities. The merger and streamlining will undoubtedly lead to more effective and efficient operations and contribute to better serving the people. However, representing the youth, I hope that all levels and sectors will pay attention to employment for young people, arranging and supporting stable jobs for the downsizing team, especially young officials."

Along with providing timely information and ideological guidance to ensure that work is not delayed, commune-level leaders are very concerned and place their hopes in higher levels regarding job placement after the merger, ensuring both the economic well-being of each individual and serving the overall task with good results.

Mr. Ho Thanh Phuong, Secretary of the Party Committee of Viet Thang commune, shared: "Initially, some officials, including leaders and managers at the grassroots level, were worried; however, with firm belief in the Party's policy that streamlining aims to improve quality, operational efficiency, better serve the people, and develop a more beautiful homeland, the commune focused on analyzing and doing a good job of ideological work to ensure that Party members and officials remain steadfast; and continue to enhance their fighting spirit and dedication."

This restructuring and streamlining of the organizational apparatus from the central to local levels is a revolution, demonstrating the strong determination of the Party and the State to improve the efficiency of the political system, ensuring flexible operation and better meeting the development needs of the country, its people, and businesses. Therefore, with strong faith in the Party's policies and directions, Party members, cadres, and civil servants always clearly define their actions as working for the prosperous and happy development of the country.
