Ninh Thuan boasts 105km of coastline with numerous beautiful beaches and bays. From April to August each year, the sea is clear, the weather is sunny and warm, and the waves are calm, making it ideal for beach tourism. Furthermore, thanks to its convenient transportation system, travel times are shortened, making Ninh Thuan a popular choice for beach tourists during the peak season.

In mid-April, Binh Son - Ninh Chu beach is crowded with tourists who come to watch the sunrise and immerse themselves in the waves. Many visitors enjoy the calm days and tranquil sea, relaxing in kayaks gliding gently on the waves, creating a romantic scene. Ms. Nguyen Thi Thao Nguyen, a tourist from Da Lat City (Lam Dong province), said: "My family often comes to Ninh Thuan for beach holidays because it's quite close, and even better, at this time of year, the sea in Ninh Thuan is clear and the beaches are very clean. Besides swimming and visiting attractions in Ninh Thuan, I also take the opportunity to visit Nai Market to buy all kinds of fresh seafood to bring back as gifts for relatives and to use in family meals."

Located about 35km from Phan Rang - Thap Cham city, Vinh Hy Bay, a popular destination, has begun to attract a large number of tourists during the peak beach tourism season. Visitors to Vinh Hy mainly come from the southern and southwestern provinces. In addition, many tourists from northern provinces also stay for extended periods, choosing Vinh Hy as their vacation spot. Ms. Nguyen Thi Kieu Trinh, a tourist from Hai Phong city, said: "I learned about Vinh Hy Bay through social media and decided to bring my whole family of six for a vacation of over two weeks. Here, the whole family felt the peace and beauty of the sea and the majestic mountains, especially the fresh air and the friendly, kind people."

According to observations, the Vinh Hy Bay area currently offers many services for tourists. Besides taking glass-bottom boat tours to view coral reefs, visitors can choose from various scenic spots along the Vinh Hy Bay embankment, or travel upstream along the Lo O stream to Quan Doai to enjoy a panoramic view of Vinh Hy Bay from afar. Long-term visitors can choose to rent homestays from local residents to experience the daily life of the Vinh Hy fishing village. From Vinh Hy, visitors can easily travel to other famous tourist destinations such as Hang Rai, My Hoa Beach, Bai Thung, Bai Hom, Bai Rua, Bai Coc, Bai Nuoc Ngot... to explore the beauty of Ninh Thuan's coastal tourism. Ms. Nguyen Thi Tra My, a tourist from Ho Chi Minh City... Ho Chi Minh said: "I am impressed with the coastal tourist route in Ninh Thuan. It surrounds Vinh Hy Bay, Hang Rai, and offers views of the Nui Chua World Biosphere Reserve. There are many beautiful sights to capture as souvenirs, which perfectly suits the tourism preferences of young people today."

In the first three months of 2025, Ninh Thuan attracted 890,000 visitors, an increase of nearly 12% compared to the same period in 2024, reaching almost 25% of the annual plan; of which, international visitors are estimated at 63,000, an increase of over 168% compared to the same period; social income from tourism activities is estimated at 1,060 billion VND. Statistics from the Provincial Tourism Association show that over 80% of tourists coming to Ninh Thuan are for beach tourism. Mr. Nguyen Anh Vu, Chairman of the Ninh Thuan Tourism Association, said: According to information from travel agencies, from the April 30th holiday to the summer of 2025, a large number of tourists will come to Ninh Thuan to enjoy the beach tourism season. To retain tourists, the Provincial Tourism Association is encouraging its members to improve service quality and continuously innovate destinations to help tourists have the best experience when visiting Ninh Thuan. And it is especially important to ensure environmental hygiene so that Ninh Thuan tourism leaves a positive impression on visitors from near and far.
