According to initial information, at approximately 4:20 PM on October 4th, a gas cylinder explosion occurred in the Tien Lang stadium area, Tien Lang commune, Hai Phong city.

Witnesses said that at the time of the incident, they heard a loud explosion in the area of the shops on Road 354, near the Tien Lang stadium, and immediately reported it to the authorities.

Immediately after receiving the report, local authorities, along with the commune police and fire department, arrived to secure the scene and carry out rescue operations.
