On April 1st, according to the RIA news agency, an explosion occurred at a café on a street named after the revolutionary leader V.I. Lenin in the city of Voronezh, southwestern Russia. Police are investigating the incident after receiving the information.
The Russian Interior Ministry said there were no reports of casualties in the explosion. Regarding the terrorist attack at Crocus City Hall, the Chairman of the Russian Federal Investigative Committee, Alexander Bastrykin, called for a thorough investigation of the communication channels and connections of each suspect involved in the attack, in order to identify the masterminds who planned the attack.
The Russian Federal Investigative Committee also requested that all citizens and audience members present at the Crocus City Hall theater share any information they believe could assist the investigation. Investigators collected and analyzed this data to build a detailed picture of what happened.
