Over the years, thanks to continuous efforts to improve the quality of medical examination and treatment, the Cao Loc Regional Health Center has not only comprehensively fulfilled its professional targets but has also built trust and become a reliable pillar in healthcare for the people.
On March 9, 2026, Ms. Hoang Mui Bien, a Dao ethnic woman from Luc Bo village, Cong Son commune, welcomed her first child with overwhelming joy. Ms. Bien, pregnant for the first time, was admitted to the hospital past her due date, with the fetus over 40 weeks old and weighing over 3.5 kg, causing her family considerable anxiety. Thanks to the close monitoring, thorough advice, and timely intervention of the doctors at Cao Loc Regional Health Center, the delivery was safe. "My delivery was very difficult and dangerous. Thanks to the dedicated efforts of the doctors and nurses, I was able to give birth safely. My family and I are truly moved and grateful for the efforts of the doctors and nurses at Cao Loc Regional Health Center," Ms. Bien emotionally shared.

At the Traditional Medicine Department, Mr. Nong Van Tan, from Con Nan village, Ba Son commune, also expressed satisfaction and reassurance with his treatment at the Cao Loc Regional Health Center. Mr. Tan shared: "Previously, every time I went to the hospital, the facilities were limited, the wards were cramped, and the equipment wasn't standardized. In the last two years, the wards have been renovated and upgraded, becoming cleaner and more spacious. Especially, the doctors and nurses are very dedicated and attentive from the reception to the treatment, so I am very satisfied and feel secure receiving treatment."
It's not just Ms. Bien and Mr. Tan; many people who come for examination and treatment at the Cao Loc Regional Health Center share the same feeling. Proof of this is the increasing patient satisfaction rate over the years, notably reaching 100% inpatient and outpatient satisfaction in 2025, the highest in the entire province.
Dr. Chu Dinh Que, Director of the Cao Loc Regional Health Center, said: "To achieve these results, the center has always prioritized 'putting the patient at the center,' focusing on investing in equipment, training personnel, and especially emphasizing improving the spirit and attitude of service among medical staff."
Specifically, regarding human resources, the center focuses on improving the professional skills of its medical staff. From 2025 to the present, the unit has organized 9 training courses for nearly 400 grassroots medical staff, and has sent 6 doctors and nurses for training and to receive advanced techniques from higher-level facilities. Telemedicine and remote medical consultations are regularly maintained, contributing to improved diagnostic and treatment capabilities at the local level.
Dr. Nguyen Thi Hang, from the Department of Reproductive Health and Obstetrics, shared: "Thanks to specialized training, we have improved our skills and mastered difficult techniques right here at the unit. The new knowledge gained through training and professional development also helps me to be more confident in closely monitoring, thoroughly advising, and promptly handling complex cases."
In terms of infrastructure, the center has received relatively modern investment over the years. Specifically in 2025, the center received investment for the construction of a new 6-story treatment area and was equipped with immunology machines. Thanks to this, the unit is gradually mastering and exceeding targets in implementing new techniques such as: gastrointestinal endoscopy under anesthesia, colonoscopy, and advanced testing… enabling people to receive treatment right at the facility, reducing the burden on higher-level hospitals.
In response to the demand for digitalization, Cao Loc Medical Center has recently accelerated digital transformation within the hospital, aiming to maximize convenience for the public. Accordingly, the center has proactively coordinated the review and cleaning of data to complete electronic health records for 99% of the local population. At the billing counters, the unit has implemented a synchronized QR code scanning system, bringing the cashless payment rate to 75% after two years. In particular, the integration of chip-embedded citizen identification cards with the electronic prescription and medical record system has simplified cumbersome administrative procedures, helping people save maximum waiting time from registration to receiving results.
With the achievements made, the Cao Loc Regional Health Center has been commended and rewarded by relevant levels and sectors. In particular, the center was honored to receive the Emulation Flag from the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee as the leading unit in the emulation block in 2025, and also received a certificate of merit for two consecutive years of outstanding performance. This is not only well-deserved recognition but also a motivation for the entire staff of medical personnel to continue striving, innovating, and dedicating themselves to providing better healthcare for the people every day.
