The deciding set was incredibly tense, with both players constantly breaking each other's serve. Musetti had a chance to take the match to a tie-break, but Djokovic showed his steely resolve at the crucial moment, securing a break in game 11 before winning his service game to love, sealing the victory with a 4-6, 6-3, 7-5 scoreline.

This victory brought Djokovic his 101st ATP title of his career, and also helped him surpass Roger Federer in the number of trophies won on hard courts.
