Novaland has a new General Director

On November 1, Novaland Group (Stock code: NVL) announced the appointment of Mr. Duong Van Bac as General Director of the Group.

According to Novaland, this is part of the plan to strengthen the senior leadership team, contributing significantly to the Group's comprehensive restructuring process, helping Novaland firmly overcome challenges and develop sustainably.

Mr. Duong Van Bac officially assumes the role of General Director from November 1, 2024, replacing Mr. Dennis Ng Teck Yow, who will focus on performing the duties of a Member of the Board of Directors of Novaland.

Mr. Duong Van Bac has over 17 years of experience in the finance and real estate sectors, with extensive expertise in capital mobilization, investment and valuation. Mr. Bac has held various leadership positions in the finance and real estate sectors.

Mr. Bac joined Novaland in August 2023 as Chief Financial Officer, then was appointed Deputy General Director in September 2024.
