As the Deputy Secretary of the Youth Union of the commune since 2016, Ms. Chúc, along with the Executive Committee of the Youth Union, has always closely followed the resolutions, programs, and plans of the Party Committee and the higher-level Youth Union to develop plans and implement Youth Union activities suitable to the local situation. Many activities associated with the volunteer spirit have been widely implemented throughout the villages and hamlets, such as: Volunteerism in the green uniform, launching the Green Sunday campaign, Volunteer Saturday... Throughout her work, Ms. Chúc has always been close to and understood the thoughts and aspirations of Youth Union members and young people to innovate and create Youth Union activities.

As the Deputy Secretary of the Youth Union of the commune, Ms. Chúc has actively propagated, mobilized, and guided Youth Union members, young people, and people from all walks of life to participate in the new rural development movement; proactively transformed the structure of crops and livestock, developed socio -economic conditions, and achieved sustainable poverty reduction; maintained security and order, preserved ethnic cultural identity, and built a strong unity among ethnic minority communities.

In particular, female Youth Union officials from the Muong ethnic group regularly stay close to the grassroots, proactively coordinating with specialized agencies of the district and commune, and the Provincial Ethnic Affairs Committee to advise local Party committees and authorities on implementing policies for ethnic minority youth; proposing solutions to overcome difficulties and obstacles in the process of organizing and implementing ethnic affairs work and ethnic policies; actively encouraging ethnic minority youth to boldly start businesses, establish careers, and get rich in their homeland... contributing to the effective implementation of programs, projects, regimes, and policies for ethnic minorities in the commune.

Besides her involvement in youth union activities, Ms. Chúc is also a shining example in production and business thanks to her determination to start a business distilling rượu (Vietnamese rice wine) using a combination of traditional and modern methods. Recounting how she got into this profession, Ms. Chúc shared: "Witnessing many people in the commune suffering from alcohol poisoning and health problems, my husband and I experimented with traditional methods of distilling rượu, making our own yeast, fermenting rice, and using a modern distillation line with a toxin-removing filtration system. Accumulating experience from practice, I began researching how to use a family-inherited 36-ingredient herbal yeast to create rượu with a unique aroma and, most importantly, one that is safe for consumers' health."

Thanks to her bold and innovative approach, Ms. Chúc's rice wine has gained the trust of many consumers. Currently, her family produces 200-300 liters of wine daily, providing a stable income for the family and employment for 3-5 regular workers with an average income of 7-10 million VND per person per month. In 2023, Tùng Chúc Hưng Long rice wine participated in the evaluation and ranking program of the "One Commune One Product" (OCOP) and achieved OCOP 3-star standard in Yên Lập district.

Through her efforts and dedication to fulfilling her duties, actively developing her family's economy, and serving as an exemplary role model for many youth union members to learn from and emulate, the female Youth Union official of Hung Long commune was awarded a certificate of merit for outstanding achievements in the movement to build national unity among ethnic groups in Yen Lap district during the period 2014-2019, and a certificate of merit from the Chairman of the People's Committee of Yen Lap district at the 4th Congress of Ethnic Minorities of Yen Lap district in 2024.
