Phung Bao Nhi, class 12A11, is one of 7 students from Kim Lien High School, Dong Da District, admitted to the Party on March 25. In the past 3 years, this is the school's first admission of students.

Bao Nhi studies all subjects well, her grades for nearly three years have been above 9,4, some years she even reached 9,7. The female student said she always tries to try many subjects and fields to find her strengths.
Since middle school, Nhi participated in many excellent student competitions in Math, Chemistry, Biology and Science, winning many awards from school to district levels. When entering 10th grade, female students are more interested in History and Geography, so they spend more time on these two subjects.
Nhi said she often uses a marker to mark important events and keywords when studying History or Geography. When it comes time to review, you won't have to spend much time re-studying, you just need to string together knowledge based on keywords. With the natural subjects group, Nhi tries to master the theory and find similar types of lessons to review.
"Studying all subjects regularly helps me not feel too pressured to choose to focus on natural sciences or social sciences," Nhi said.
Female students see themselves as being able to handle pressure well, always setting clear goals and being able to make plans to realize those goals.
Nhi said she wanted to become Deputy Secretary of the Youth Union of Kim Lien High School since grade 10. Therefore, she actively participated in most Youth Union activities, taking on many roles, from advisor to leader of event organizing groups. .
Female students see that in addition to their academic achievements, these activities help increase their recognition in school. Thanks to that, after a year, Nhi was elected Deputy Secretary of the School Youth Union, receiving support from teachers and friends.
A memorable memory for Nhi is at the end of 2022, when starting a new mission. Female students participate in the organization "Lotus in the City" - a series of cultural, artistic and sports activities of Kim Lien High School, which takes place every three years.
"As the youngest member of the organizing committee, it was my first time coordinating with former students. At first I couldn't keep up," Nhi said. At the same time, Nhi had to review for the first semester final exam. The pressure of participating in a big event for the first time, along with having to maintain good academic performance, made Nhi overloaded, often staying up for 2-3 hours.
To overcome, Bao Nhi learned how to share and express her opinions with group members, trying to integrate with everyone's way of working. When events go smoothly, Nhi's mind is at ease so she studies more effectively.
After her term as Deputy Secretary ended, Nhi continued to work as an advisor to the School Youth Union and a member of the School Council.
Ms. Phuong Mai, Bao Nhi's homeroom teacher since grade 10, commented that she is an "all-rounder" student who puts effort into both extracurricular and academic activities. Nhi is the class president, responsible for many tasks of the school and class Youth Union but has never neglected her studies. At work, Nhi is serious, responsible and meticulous, and gets along well with friends.
"Assigning any task to Nhi, teachers trust that she will complete it well," Ms. Mai said.

Nhi said that when she has free time or is too stressed, she will jog or listen to music. Female students also have many talents such as dancing, aerobics, and knowing Korean. Nhi won second prize in the 2022 national Korean speaking contest organized by the Korean Cultural Center in Vietnam, earning the title of "3-Good Student" at the city level.
After being admitted to the Party, Nhi determined to pursue Law at the university level. In the immediate future, the female student wants to successfully complete the final semester and the high school graduation exam to complete her 12 years of high school.
