The OPPO Find X8 will have an IP69 rating.

Recently, leaker Digital Chat Station revealed important information about the Oppo Find X8.

Previous reports claimed the Find X8 would be a smaller device than the Pro version. It was expected to have a triple-camera setup, while the Pro model was rumored to have a quad-camera setup with a dual-lens front-facing telephoto lens.

The OPPO Find X8 will have an IP69 rating.

Leaker Digital Chat Station revealed that the Find X8 has a dust and water-resistant chassis with an IP68/69 rating and supports wireless charging. The leaker also revealed in the comments section of the post that the Find X8 also features virtual solid-state buttons and a robust ecosystem of accessories.

According to previous information from Digital Chat Station, the Find X8 will be equipped with a 6.5-inch OLED screen with 1.5K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The device is expected to have a flat screen instead of the curved edges of its predecessor.

The Find X8 will feature a triple rear camera system including: a telephoto camera using a high-quality periscope lens, a main camera with a 50MP Sony sensor (1/1.4-inch size) supporting OIS, a 50MP ultrawide lens, and a periscope camera capable of 3x optical zoom.

The Find X8 will be OPPO's next-generation flagship smartphone, utilizing MediaTek's high-end Dimensity 9400 chip, set to launch in October. This SoC is expected to feature a 3.4 GHz Cortex-X5 super core, three high-performance Cortex-X4 cores, and four large Cortex-A7 cores.

The Find X8 is expected to come with ColorOS 15 based on Android 15. It may feature a 5,600 mAh battery with support for 80W or 100W fast charging.
