Approval of 10 specific land price options

Since the beginning of the year, the Provincial People's Committee has approved 10 specific land price options, which serve as the basis for calculating land use fees, calculating land rent when the State leases land, determining starting prices for auctioning land use rights and some other related cases. The Provincial Specific Land Price Appraisal Council has appraised 10 specific land price options when the State allocates land or leases land. Along with that, the Provincial People's Committee has issued 76 certificates of land use rights, house ownership rights and other assets attached to land to 11 organizations.
