Mr. Russell planned to fly a Delta Airlines Boeing 767 from Edinburgh City (Scotland) to New York City (USA), but was stopped after his carry-on luggage was rejected by the security scanner. Airport security staff found two bottles of wine in Mr. Russell's luggage, one of which was open and only half of the wine was left.
